Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

Items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure protection during transit.
Products must be in resalable condition, free from any signs of use or damage.

4. Postage at Buyer's Cost:

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
We recommend using a signed-for or tracked shipping service to prevent loss or damage during the return affecting the return eligibility.

5. Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If the item meets our return criteria, we will process the refund to your original method of payment.

9. Unaccepted or Undeliverable Orders:

If the customer does not arrange for redelivery within 30 days of the item being returned to us, we reserve the right to cancel the order without refund.
